Description |
For sale we have very old stone house located in the centre of a village. The house was originally built in the 13th century (1200), and was the residence of Venitians and Turks. In 1930 the house was sold to its first Greek owner, Emm. Angelakis, who began renovating the property, replacing old wood with iron etc. The house consists of three rooms downstairs, including a wine press. The first floor has four rooms - kitchen with fire place, two bedrooms, and a storage room. An exceptional feature of this house is the high-walled entrance door which separates the house from the street. The original blazon of two lions which was set into this wall is now safely stored, but will be given to the new owners.
