This old house is located inside the village of Sellia on the south of Crete. It has great potential but needs renovation. From the terrace and balcony there is a beautiful view towards Plakias bay and the mountains. The house has two floors with separate entrances. On the upper floor (which has access from a side exterior staircase) there are two rooms, a large kitchen, a bathroom, and the terrace. The ground floor consists of one big room, a large kitchen and a bathroom. Electricity and water are connected. There is also a parking area near the house.
